COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 12, 2003 - American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) has scheduled a live webcast of a presentation by Susan Tomasky, executive vice president - policy, finance and strategic planning and chief financial officer, on Monday at the Banc of America Securities Energy and Power Conference in Las Vegas.

Tomasky will address the framework and earnings drivers for AEP’s 2004 guidance in her presentation, scheduled for 5:45 p.m. EST on Monday.
